Step 1 : First meeting

We guide you each time through our comprehensive knowledge of the standards and risks associated with sourcing, manufacturing and performance of apparel.
After all those data conversation and our valuable advises about your product, we both decide about your Product Plan including styling and quality, quantity, target price, delivery and payment terms.
Now we know your needs, We got it!
Step 5 : Third meeting
Finalising all order details
We have the first taste of the product in our hands and we make together some comments and corrections in case to improve every detail according to our quality and aesthetic standards.
Now is the time which we activate our order, as we send the order sheet to the factory with all the details and modifications included.
We have ready our order!
Step 3 : Product Development
We design your ideas
(Lead time 1 week)
When we have deside our product plan we are ready to dive into details and specifications First, our team creating a tech-pack to write down all the necessary specifications in case to provide it to the factory. We create those detail with styling, workmanship, measurements, quantity, colors, sizing, grading, fabric, embroidery, printing, packing instruction etc. Having a complete tech pack is the first step for success in the production process. We strive to meet the global regulations and consumer expectations for quality, fit, and durability.

Step 7 : Production Follow Up
& Quality Inspection
Our team is on fire !
We follow up each stage of the production with in line inspection and pre production samples which we see together for confirmation and go to the next step.
After the end of the production, we make quality inspection with our team and we give you the report.
We control every step and We are all in this together!
Step 6 : Product Manufacturing
We make it reality
(Lead time 4 to 12 weeks)
So according to the above data we arrange all the appropriate order details (Proforma Invoice) to secure both sides (ours side and factory) with original documents in case to be done the payment which we already have agreed.
We are starting with the production of row materials and accessories.
The activation of the production process is done!
Step 4 : Product Sourcing
We find your needs
(Lead time 1 to 2 weeks)
With our own suppliers in Bangladesh, China, Turkey, Italy and Greece we are ready to source the decided products right across to them, so that to proceed with the appropriate factory depending from your needs.
We are making the first counter sample according to the fabric quality and product tech pack.
We are ready to start!
Step 2 : Second meeting
We meet your needs
(Lead time 2weeks)
We put down all those valuable informations from our brainstorming meeting and we try to find suitable solutions for your designs according to the styling and fabrics based at your target price and quality level.
Now is the time to make your mood-board and your product plan according to your needs.
The presentation is ready and we are all in this together!
