•  Identify viable suppliers based on quality, cost & delivery requirements of the client

•  Review item information and establish procurement plan

•  Supplier Short listing & Verification

•  Create & issue RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages to suppliers with all the specifications included (original sample or photo sample with fabric specs, tech pack with sketch and workmanship, labels and packing way, quantity per colour, size assortment, measurement chart, delivery, payment terms)

•  Negotiation for the prices according to the target price and the parameters of quality, delivery date, quantity and factory availability and capacity.

•  Making the first proto sample according the agreed price and specifications.

•  Provide the proto product sample and preparing the order after the confirmation.
